Team building description:

A Team building activity with the Azohía kayak is an experience that unites and entertains; that motivates and excites; that generates links between people and memories in them; that favors communication, dialogue and empathy.

Description of the activity:
The activity consists in its globality, going out by kayak from the Rambla del Portus, doing a 3-kilometer route, arriving at a wild beach called Cala Aguilar where we will find a cave at the top of the mountain, the Neptuno cave. the cave with a rappel of 10 meters, once down there is a lake and formations where you can bathe. To get out of the cave you have to climb a small wall of 10 meters fully secured. Provisioning and food will be offered. finally come back by kayak to the Portus beach.
Cave Description:

The Neptuno cave located in the Sierra de la Muela natural park (Cartagena), is a large open-air cavity; inside more than 20 meters high we find some specimens of palm heart (Chamaerops humilis) almost three meters high, super developed due to their continuous search for light rays that illuminate the great room covered by sea water, that flows through an opening about 10 meters deep.

Stages of the activity:
​
1 -Remove the material and board the canoes. Listen carefully to the kayak initiation class and the instructors' safety instructions.
2-Follow the monitor for the direction to take to get to Cala Aguilar, the excursion is done at a bearable pace the first group to arrive at the cove will be the first group to follow to enter the cave.
3-Disembark each group in Cala Aguilar.
4-Follow the instructions of the monitor so that each leader has the responsibility of distributing the climbing equipment (harnesses, helmets and ropes) .The monitors explain to each group all the steps to enter the cave.

5-The first group goes together with the monitor up the small hill, they go one by one and the team has to monitor each member for good cohesion. once in the opening of the cave, one enters with a rappel of 10 meters where each one has to overcome his fears and his companions have to encourage him.
6-Once the first group inside the cave leaves going down to reach the inner lake and enjoy it.
7-Exit from the cave is done with a small climbing section. Each leader has to explain to his team what they have to do to get out safely.
8-Go down to the cove in single file one by one. Once down the first group has to set up a tent so that all groups can rest in the shade and start preparing a meal for everyone.
